"almost".
games change requiring one to periodically revisit all (lv) casinos. as csm's appear/disappear, to a lesser extent, so do card readers and their manifestations. i've noticed subtle changes in the peeking technique taught to dealers, since clearly the casinos are aware of warps and tells. hence a review of the early "tell" treatises might be in order. gone are the days of the double peek or the long/lingering/deep peek, but the "tell" is there.
warps require a few casino and dealer traits: infrequent (or late in the shift) card replacement; a deep peek; a gentle riffle. i've found that certain physical dealer attributes are associated with such deep peeks. the vigor of the riffle seems to be indicative of the dealer's training, less the physical stature (et cetera).
i suggest that these techniques, reading warps and tells, far outweighs the financial value of re-hairsplitting an index number. but then i'm playing the game to earn money from the casinos instead of selling books to the casual visitor.
