Why don't you yourself go on groups.yahoo.com/group/blackjackcardcounterscafe/ This exact situation has comeup and one of the founders, has not taken up this investigation. You have. Try posting both there and here what information you have. I know personally 3 men and 8 women who are skilled blackjack players and need to know how to setup accounts like paypal, and setup online casino relationships with public computers.
