horseshoe changes...

as of last night, gaming control audited the horseshoe and noted that the cash reserves were below the standard set based on the number of slots and table games. the result is that only the main (original) gaming pit is open and as i counted them, about 35-40% of the slots were turned off. the snack bars/lunch counters are open and the chili is as mean as ever.
