I would appreciate if you are more specific about my "wrong assumptions", so I can think about it and post corrections or explanation.

I was not trying to imply you are out there to deceive people. I was trying to:

a) give the correct answer to your Baccarat chalenge question;

b) point out that you are out trying to prove a point without a properly designed experiment.

Whethter the flows in your designed "experiment" are due to lack of statistical knowledge or some other reason is beyond my knowledge. The fact remains that you have not designed an experiment which will prove anything. If you wish to have a valid statistical experiment, which is the only way to obtain valid p-values or other statistics, you must specify all details in your design BEFORE you start the experiment. Else, all you have is a voodoo proof.
