According to Griffin, the ultimate count for the Baccarat Tie bet is:

 A 5.37 2 -9.93 3 -8.88 4 -12.13 5 -10.97 6 -48.12 7 -45.29 8 27.15 9 17.68 10 21.28

Divide the running count by the number of remaining cards to get the EV for the Tie bet. However, even with this incredibly complex count; the overall EV is still very negative. A system was theorized in the early 80's that could provide a 2% edge. But, it only works when there are exactly 10 cards left in the shoe and requires that you know what those ten cards are and that you memorize which of the 5,005 ten card combinations provide an edge. Baccarat has not been winnable since they removed the Natural bets in the 60's
