You say it is a rare event to find a biased wheel. Have you any hard data that this is so, or are you just giving your opinion?

Dealer signature: Despite the claims by roulette players and dealers that signature is a fact, I have never found it so in the large number of spins I have recorded against many dealers.

Eudaemonic Pie Theory: Agree with you. As described in Bass' book, not practical (or legal) in a casino environment. It is played by professionals using eyeballing methods, I do believe.
