there might not be a time crunch...

as the anticipated sector is determined the instant the ball is spun. the available time is a function of the ball speed, the faster the initial spin, the longer it takes for the ball to reach the "stall speed". also, might not a sector bet be better placed as an outside, column bet ? column bets, not individual numbers, are frequently the bets of choice for past posters.
