IT LOOKS LIKE YOU DON'T GET. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TALKING ABOUT BR REQUIREMENTS THIS BJ 101 STUFF.
YOUR WAY OFF WHEN SAYING SHRUG OFF A LOSING SESSION BY RESTARTING THE LONG RUN. BECAUSE AFTER YOU HAVE LOST THATS IT FOR THAT SESSION THAT WAS A LONG RUN.
THE TRICK IS TO RESTART THE...WELL I HAVE JUST DECIDED NOT TO TELL YOU I WANT TO SEE IF ANYONE ELSE CAN FIGURE IT OUT.
