'Psychic Advantage Gambling?'

This was forwarded to me from a friend in India. The course is an offshoot of the Monroe Institute that teaches 'out of the body' (astral) travel - The psychic gambling course leader was formerly the leader of a CIA 'remote-viewing' project.
