Don't they bite their nails?? Pace up and down nervously between moves? Punch the clock just like they were punched in the nose as kids? Wake up screaming in the middle of the night, shouting "Aaaaaargh stupid pawn eff twoooo!" ?? Go days without washing up? Go hours without saying a word, staring vacantly at a fucking wooden/plastic board? Experience withdrawal symptoms when away from said board?
Aren't they hopelessly inadequate with (if not completely indifferent to) the opposite sex? Don't they feel alive only when playing the game?
Best look elsewhere for counter-examples, patzer!.. Monkey on 'em chess fiends downright serious.
