"Max Bet" refers to the amount that should be bet with a count roughly equivalent
to the pivot or pivot +1 with any of the T-H or Bushido systems. This is equivalent
to a High-Low true count of +4 to +5 or an Omega II true count of +9 to +10.
Larger bets than the so-called "Max Bet" can be made at higher counts.
